Helping PA programs and their students succeed.

For the 2019-2020 cycle 27,262 individuals applied to PA school through CASPA representing 90% of all PA programs. This was a 1.1% increase from the previous year.

PA programs face tremendous challenges in identifying the most qualified applicants. Applicants apply on average to 8 PA programs during an admissions cycle and on average PA programs enroll only 36 students from over 500 applicants per admissions cycle. The PA-CAT™ has been developed to help PA institutions with this challenge and to provide PA applicants with a way to demonstrate their academic preparedness for PA school.
